1. Elastic, not easy to chop;

2. The viscosity becomes stronger, and when the temperature rises, it will adhere to the tool;

3. It is easy to cut the material. Because of the viscosity, it will stick to the screen and not cut the material, thereby further increasing the friction and causing the temperature to rise again.

Therefore, for such special grinders, corresponding countermeasures must be taken according to the above characteristics.

1. Tool type: It must be a blade type. The size of the single blade is larger and the cutting force is stronger;

2. Tool material: Our company uses Japanese chrome-molybdenum-vanadium material with a hardness of 61-62 degrees to enhance cutting force;

3. Install a water cooling system: in order to reduce the high temperature generated by working friction, a water cooling system must be installed to cool the cutter shaft and the crushing chamber;

4. Screen processing: within the acceptable range, the screen aperture should be as large as possible. Anti-static treatment is performed on the surface of the screen to reduce the occurrence of sticky materials.
