1. Generally, the plastic crusher is equipped with a discharge conveying mechanism as standard. Customers need to adjust the discharger according to the actual material during production to avoid the phenomenon that the bottom of the screen is blocked and the material is not discharged due to the slow discharge speed.

2. There is too little material in the machine cavity. Driven by the airflow inside the machine cavity, the plastic shredder does not discharge due to the material rolling upwards. The solution: continue to add materials.

3. The aperture of the screen is too small, and the bottom of the screen is blocked due to too fast feeding of plastic. This is also a common phenomenon, and it is necessary to appropriately replace the screen with a larger aperture.

4. The blade does not cut due to excessive clearance. Because the gap between the blades of the plastic pulverizer should be adjusted when pulverizing different materials, so that the materials can be repeatedly pulverized. Solution: Adjust the blade clearance to an appropriate position.
