1. Before each use of the wood shredder, it is necessary to check whether the machine and the supporting power are in good condition, and whether the transmission is reliable. Open the cover and carefully check whether the internal parts of the machine are damaged, especially whether the bolts and nuts on the flying knife are not damaged. Tighten, whether there are foreign objects such as stones and metals mixed in. Pay attention to observe whether the cutter head has cracks during inspection. If there are cracks, do not continue to use it;

2. Do not stand in the middle of the discharge port and before and after the machine is turned on to prevent foreign objects from hurting people;

3. It is idling for about half a minute when starting up, and there is no abnormality in feeding and use. The equipment is not allowed to run overloaded for a long time. You can judge whether it is overloaded by listening to the sound of the motor and the machine running;





4. When a blockage is found, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the blocked materials should be removed after the machine is stopped. It is strictly forbidden to troubleshoot or remove the belt while the machine is running;

5. Add lubricating oil to the sliding and rolling bearings of each part of the machine, once every 4 hours for the wood shredder, and once every 8 hours for the slicing machine;

6. The main shaft is loose, and if there is any fault on the main shaft, electric welding cannot be used to avoid shaft breakage, which involves safety;

7. When the machine is working, the operator is not allowed to leave the post without permission, and should always pay attention to observe the operation of the machine. If any abnormal phenomenon occurs, it should be stopped immediately to check and eliminate the fault. It is strictly forbidden to open the cover during operation to avoid danger and personal accident.
