Many people do not know exactly what plastic shredders can shred. In fact, plastic shredders are widely used in the current plastic molding equipment market.
Below we introduce the six precautions for using plastic shredders:
1. The plastic crusher and power unit should be installed firmly. If the plastic grinder needs to be fixed for a long time, the plastic grinder should be fixed on the cement foundation; if the plastic grinder needs to be flown, the unit should be installed on the base made of angle iron, and the power engine (diesel engine or electric motor) should be ensured. It is on the same rotation plane as the pulley groove of the plastic shredder.
2. After the plastic shredder is installed, check the fastening of all fasteners, and tighten them if they are loose. At the same time, check whether the belt tightness is appropriate.
3. Before starting the plastic crusher, first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the claws, hammers and the rotor are running flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow, and whether the power machine and the Whether the plastic grinder is well lubricated.
4. Do not replace the pulley casually, in case the speed is too high to cause the crushing chamber to explode, or the speed is too low to affect the work efficiency of the crusher.
5. After the plastic shredder is started, it should be kept idling for 2 to 3 minutes, and there is no abnormal phenomenon before feeding.
6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at any time during the work. First, the feeding should be uniform to prevent the crushing chamber from being blocked; secondly, do not overload the work for a long time. If it is found that there is vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body, and material spraying out, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the work can be continued after troubleshooting.
