Precautions before booting

1. Check the electrical control part of the equipment to ensure that the line connection is correct and there is no leakage or short circuit.

2. Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil pump to ensure that the oil pump is normal, then turn on the oil pump, open the upper chassis of the main machine to check whether the blade bolts inside the equipment are loose, and tighten the bolts to check whether the main shaft is stuck or jammed. (After opening the upper box, it is necessary to support the upper box to ensure the safety of the operators before entering the personnel for inspection.)

3. Check the balance iron welding joint under the position of the main shaft blade of the equipment and carry out repair welding.

4. Before starting the equipment, please ensure that the bolts of the equipment are not loose.

5. Check the transmission part of the equipment and adjust the tightness of the drive belt to ensure that it is normal before starting the machine.

6. Check the position of the bearings on both sides of the equipment, clean up debris and lubricate the bearings on both sides.

7. After inspection, re-close the main engine and tighten the bolts, check the surrounding environment to confirm safety, start the main engine to idle for 2-3 minutes, and start feeding and conveying after the speed reaches normal.

Operation precautions

1. Operators must undergo strict safety training before starting work.

2. During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly necessary for personnel to stand in front of the equipment inlet to prevent casualties caused by material splashing.

3. During the operation of the equipment, it is forbidden to contain iron materials or materials beyond the crushing range of the equipment to enter the equipment to avoid damage to the blade or spindle.

4. If there is an emergency during the feeding process, please stop the machine immediately.

5. If the equipment is blocked during the feeding process, the forced feeder can be started to pressurize. If the blockage problem still cannot be solved, please stop and clean it manually. Manual cleaning during the operation of the equipment is prohibited.

6. Equipment operators need to be equipped with safety protection, and it is forbidden to climb the host during the operation of the equipment.

7. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic shredder at any time during work. First, feed the material evenly to prevent blocking the crushing room; second, do not work overloaded for a long time. If vibration, noise, excessive temperature of the bearing and body, or material spraying out are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue working after troubleshooting.
