To replace, Tai Zhang will briefly explain to you the replacement method: when changing the jaws of the screw feeder of the plastic crusher, first pull out the disc, before pulling out, then open the round nut lock plate on the back of the disc, and use a hook wrench Unscrew the round nut, and then pull out the disc with a special puller. In addition, in order to make the rotor run normally, the teeth and claws need to be replaced in complete sets. After the replacement is completed, a test must be performed to ensure the stable operation of the plastic crusher.

2. Bearings: Every 300 hours of work, the bearings of the plastic crusher need to be cleaned. If the bearings of the machine body are lubricated with oil, fill the gap of the bearing seat by 1/3, not more than 1/2, and add oil when adding new oil. Tighten the cover of the oil cup with constant cover beforehand. If the bearing of the plastic crusher is worn or damaged severely, new parts need to be replaced in time, and the oil lubrication should be strengthened; if the tapered roller bearing is used, the bearing shaft should be checked frequently Make sure to keep the interval between 0.2-0.4 mm. If the interval is not suitable, adjust the interval by increasing or decreasing the stainless steel conveyor vibrating screen paper pad at the bearing cover.

3. Screen: The plastic crusher screen produced by some manufacturers is made of thin steel plate or iron sheet punching. If the screen is worn or broken by foreign objects, it can be repaired by riveting if the damage area is not large. Or solder for temporary repair and restoration; if the screen is damaged in a large area, it needs to be replaced with a new screen immediately. When installing the screen, make the smooth side of the screen face outward and the other side inward. The screen and the screen frame should be closely attached. During the installation of the ring screen, the stubble opening of the inner layer of the overlap should be in the same direction of rotation to prevent the material from jamming the plastic crusher at the overlap.
