2. After the plastic shredder is installed, check the fastening condition of each fastener, if it is loose, it should be tightened. At the same time, check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate.

3. Before starting the pulverizer, turn the rotor by hand to check whether the claws, hammers and rotor are flexible and reliable, whether there is any collision in the shell, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow of the machine, and whether the power machine and the pulverizer are in the same direction. Whether the machine lubrication is good.

4. Do not replace the pulley casually, in case the speed is too high to cause the shredder blade to crack, or the speed is too low to affect the working efficiency of the shredder blade.

5. After the hammer shredder is started, it should be kept idling for 2-3 minutes first, and then start feeding after there is no abnormal phenomenon.

6. Pay attention to the operation of the hammer shredder at any time during work. First, feed the material evenly to prevent blocking the crushing chamber; second, do not work with overload for a long time. If vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature are found to be too high, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue working after troubleshooting.
