Plastic shredder can be divided into single-shaft shredder and double-shaft shredder, so what is the difference between single-shaft shredder and double-shaft shredder?
The single-shaft shredder equipment is equipped with only one moving shaft, and the blades are all installed on this shaft, forming a form of mutual shearing with the fixed knives on the cavity. The main shaft is driven by the motor and reducer, and the material is driven by the spiral blade into the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife. Due to the spiral shape of the blade, the material will be squeezed, torn and sheared at the same time, so that the material can enter the equipment well and complete the work smoothly.
The equipment of double-shaft shredder is similar to that of single-shaft shredder, except that the moving shaft becomes two, both of which are inlaid with blades, and the two shafts rotate relative to each other, and the operation of materials is similar to that of single-shaft shredder. The double-shaft shredder is equipped with two motors, which have enough power to crush some materials with larger shapes and higher hardness. The dual-shaft shredder equipment is multi-purpose. It can not only shred all kinds of scrap metal, cans, and paint buckets, but also shred all waste materials such as rubber, wood, woven bags, and ton bags.
